SONIC the Hedgehog
This animated series ran for two seasons on saturday mornings. This was the Sonic the Hedgehog animated series which borrowed the storyline of the Archie Comics, in which Sonic lead a troop of Freedom Fighters against the forces of the evil Dr. Robotnik. It was darker than the other Sonic cartoons of the time (like the kid-friendly Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog). and had a very popular cast of characters including the Southern Belle cyborg, Bunnie Rabbot, the gizmo wiz, Rotor Walrus, the cowardly Frenchman, Antoine, and the fiesty squirrel, Princess Sally.
KING KONG
It is 1933, and vaudeville actress Ann Darrow (Oscar® nominee Naomi Watts) has found herself-like so many other New Yorkers during the Great Depression-without the means to earn a living. Unwilling to compromise and allow herself to sink into a career in burlesque, she considers her limited options while aimlessly wandering the streets of Manhattan. When her hunger drives her to unsuccessfully try to steal an apple from a fruit vendor's stall, she is rescued-literally- by filmmaker and multiple hyphenate Carl Denham (Jack Black). It seems that the entrepreneur-raconteur-adventurer is no stranger to theft, having that day lifted the only existing print of his most recent and unfinished film from under his studio executives' noses when they threatened to pull his completion funds.
GEICO GECKO
Who doesn’t love Geico ads? You know, the ones with the celebrities and the consumers? Or maybe the ones with the talking lizard. Or the cavemen. Or the older ones that looked like fake Fox reality shows. Well, Geico must be doing something right, Warren Buffett is a big investor. While the Gecko may be the most ubiquitous, the Cavemen have really developed an audience.

Moe got a visit from the Pillsbury DoughBoy! Moe was so excited to see him. He loves this special version of the Pillsubury DoughBoy. Grandma Mona (Abuelita) let him use it for a while. Abuelita lives in San Antonio, Texas and we paid her a visit over the holidays. So now Moe wants to put the Dough Boy on his wish list.

Now who would have known that Moe was a romantic! Well he is!. So he decided to cook up one of his favorite dishes for Mom and Dad (hungarian goulash), It took some time but with the help of his favorite aunt Erina, his sister Teresa and little bro Sean Michael, he was done in no time!  I'll tell you what, Moe sure enjoys using his imagination with food and like any good cook, he likes to have fun throughout the entire cooking process.
Moe threw in all those special ingredients, danced around a little, and stirred up the pot. And we all know Moe likes to Stir Up The Pot once in a while.  Then his sister Teresa and brother Sean Michael joined the fun to create that delicious concoction. So join Moe as he guides you thru his Valentines Day experience... |
